I have lived in Florida since 1997 with my wife & son and have been involved in the building industry for the past 20 years. I currently own a construction company where I do concrete and foundation work for several large builders -- what your home is built on. My resume also includes Superintendent & Project Manager jobs for large companies spanning the country from Florida to Arizona. During this period I've learned two important lessons: how to and how not to conduct business.
