Requested by Home Owners Insurance Company. When completed, a certificate will be provided to your insurance company that can lower your overall Homeowner's Insurance by up to 20%

Mold Remediation
Protect your family from the unseen threat! I will collect samples from potential problem areas of your home to be sent to a lab for further professional hazard evaluation. Results take 3-5 days. Pricing varies depending on size of home and amount of samples to be collected.

A pool and spa inspection will be looked at to see if all vital equipment is in good and working order. If anything is in need of repair or replacement it will be in your report.
